Hands down the easiest buying experience I have ever done. My dad purchased from there about 3 years ago and I started looking online for a Tundra and this one checked all the boxes. And it happened to be at McDaniel. We drove an hour and half to come see the new Tundra and upon returning from the test drive. We were done with paperwork in no time. I wish they were closer for future service needs, but when I am ready for another Toyota they will be my go too.

McDonald GM superstore has got to be "hands down" the best experience when buying a vehicle that I have ever experienced. First of all I called to make sure the particular car I was interested was on the lot before making the drive. My sales consultant Dean Niederkohr walked the lot looking for the car and called me back to let me know that the car was on the lot. We were then met by Mr. Niederkohr who was very warm, friendly and had a calm demeanor. After the test drive, we decided to buy the car, but wanted to do a little dealing because that's just what we enjoy. We wanted to walk away from the dealership feeling like we had made a good deal, even though the car was already almost $3,500.00 below other cars comparable to it. After some back and forth, the manager, Rob Purdy came over to us to explain how far under Carfax pricing the car already was (which we already knew). He tried to explain how competitively priced they were, but I told him to "save his breath, I'd already heard that from every dealership we'd been to". Bless his heart for indulging us, having a great sense of humor, and for putting up with us. We told him that "haggling" was half the fun. He laughed and within a few minutes we had made a deal that was satisfactory to both the dealership and ourselves. We put a deposit down on the car and told them that we may not be back for a week or 2 to get it and they said that's ok and immediately went outside in the rain to put a "SOLD" sign on it. We were offered refreshments from Dean a couple times too, which I appreciated. The dealership itself was immaculate as well as the restrooms. We were never pressured by anyone or felt like we didn't matter. They were a great group of guys to work with and talk with after we had made our deal. I will always recommend McDaniel GM Superstore to anyone we now of looking to a vehicle. It was over a 2 hour drive from our house to the dealership, but well worth the time as the vehicle was ever better than advertised. If anyone who dealt with us from the dealership happens to read this, please realize that we truly appreciate you more than you could ever know and thank you so much for putting up with us that day!!

I was very happy with the deal. Then after we got home and looked over the paperwork. We noticed they charged us 1K more than agreed upon. What made us look at the paperwork was they had us come back after leaving to sign another paper. It was paper that gave the dealership the 1K rebate. So they knew what they were doing. We just happened to notice when we got home. I had to make another trip in to get it all corrected.

I drove 250miles from my home to get the crolla cross hybrid that I wanted that only Mcdaniels toyota had. The drive was worth it. Staff were so friendly and helpful expecially Matt. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. The experience was great.

My wife and I went in for service for the brakes on our car. We asked for a multipoint inspection, and I am so very glad we did. The mechanic found that our drive shaft was busted. The car being around 20 years old we decided to see what they could offer as a used car. We worked with a salesman named Matt Ross and he treated us very well. He respected our budget and helped us find a vehicle that would be right for us. He gave us a good deal on it too. I feel he went beyond the call of duty to help us, and we are very thankful for that. Indeed, in my experience McDaniel Toyota has been a trustworthy business. If you need your car serviced or if you are looking for a new one you will not go wrong working with them.

Tyler came out in the rain and offered his assistance. I did a little research on my own and thought I found a vehicle I was interested in. Again Tyler was the first person out the door to greet me, AND he recognized me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he showed me (to the point another sales man tried to show him up and give information that he felt Tyler wouldn't know.... but Tyler did and he already cover the information 🙂) I left that day without buying a vehicle but Tyler called a few days later (not the next day which i was glad bc i didn't feel pressured) he just called to check in. My online inquiry was answered in a timely manner, bringing us into the dealership when the car we wanted arrive earlier than expected. Best price on a new Sienna Platinum literally in the entire country! Most dealers were selling at MSRP and many were adding a markup due to their popularity and scarcity. They had one priced basically at the MSRP of the next lowest trim (Limited). After talking to the sales person (Raislin) and being assured there was no back story I drove 100 miles to purchase the car still somewhat leery and ready to walk away if this was a "bait and switch". It wasn't and there was no attempt to upsell me other than the usual extended warranty and protection packages. Once I declined there was no pressure. I usually zip my pockets and check to be sure I still have my watch after visiting the "finance person". You don't have to worry here, Kisha was did her job but I felt no pressure to buy. The car was as advertised, no surprises, prepped perfectly and a joy to drive. All dealers should take a lesson from McDaniel.

What a great experience!!! I have always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership but my opinion has definitely changed after helping my daughter purchase a Chevrolet Equinox from you guys. Buying a car can be a daunting experience. I spent months researching and a few weeks negotiating between dealerships. McDaniel Toyota had an extremely simple process, and they answered my questions promptly. Shaun Edington was my sales manager. Shaun negotiated respectfully and fairly and is extremely genuine. He got me an amazing price and was extremely knowledgeable. The whole dealership felt like family and the experience was great (which is not something you usually say about buying a car). I live 2 hours away and I would drive back just to work with them again.
